ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are looking for one hard working individual with a passion for this business and willing to assist in the overall operation of this fast paced tire/ automotive servicing/truck accessories retail store. If you have a valid driver’s license, have your own transportation, and be able to work the days and hours that our store is open and you are A PEOPLE PERSON, SALES MOTIVATED, COACHABLE, SELF-MOTIVATED, PROBLEM SOLVER, ENERGETIC, HAVE THE DRIVE TO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE? AND THE WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL?  then you are the one we are looking for. We will train you as you go into different step of the learning process. You must be profficient with a computer.   

As a asst. manager you will be responsable for customer satisfaction & loyality, providing tire and auto products and services repairs to our customers, scheduling all service work so as to provide a high level of service to walk-in and telephone customers, completeing daily paperwork (daily store cuts, ticket control,credit cards, bills, invoices, etc) selling our product offering, performing service operations.

You'll be involved in merchandising, advertising and promotions of our products and services. Success at this level opens up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities. Bilingual a plus.

Requirments:

You must have a least 5 years of demonstarated retail sales and managment experience success in the tire business.

Being in the automotive repair business and using aftermarket parts is a big part of this business and being able to understand the customers problems and offering repair solutions will be expected. 

We offer a complete line of passenger, light truck, large truck, all farm tires, truck assessories, snow plows and much more you will be offering to our customers.s. A College degree is a plus 

 You must have a clean and valid drivers license and live within 25 miles of Storm Lake.

                                                      Tire Changer/Oil Technician

                                 
                                                      

Must have a valid driver's license and willing to work and learn the job expected. You will receive hands-on training. Your work load will include oil changes, light mechanical repair, tire service, installing truck tires, wheel balancing, tire repairs, transmission flushes, power steering flushes etc. Other mechanical work will be based on ability.                    Full-Time Brake and Alignment Specialist

This position will be 40 hours per week plus a great production bonus.

This individual must have 3 ASE certified credentials in brakes, suspension, and air condition and own a complete set of tools for the work load requirements and have a minimum of 1-2 years in related fields of experience you also will be mounting tires. This position and pay is very similar to the master technician. You must be willing to work toward a certification to become a senior technician.

Pay $12.00/ hour plus bonus 

We offer a very competitive pay scale. This individual also must have a clean and valid driver's license. You also must live within 25 miles of Storm Lake, Iowa to be considered for this position.Background checks will be done.
